Camila Palacios (she/her)
Hi, I’m Camila. I’m an MSW intern in my first semester, and I’m passionate about supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the everyday challenges that make life feel heavy. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and not worry about being judged.
I take a trauma‑informed, person‑centered approach and focus on creating treatment plans that make sense for you. I enjoy exploring different therapeutic approaches, including ACT, to help clients build coping skills, understand patterns, and feel more grounded day‑to‑day.
You’re a whole person with experiences, strengths, and things you’re still figuring out, and that’s normal. My role is to support you as you explore what’s going on in your life and help you build tools that feel realistic and empowering.
Outside of sessions, I stay grounded through time in nature, movement, creativity, and being with my ESA cat, Canelo. So I can bring that same grounded energy into my work with clients.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you build tools that feel right for you!
