Treasure Howard (she/her)
Hey there, I’m Treasure—so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University. I’m originally from Utah but have spent most of my life in Arizona, which has shaped both my personal and professional identity. As a queer person, I know how powerful it is to feel truly seen and heard, and I work hard to create a space that’s affirming, inclusive, and judgment-free. Therapy is a space where you get to show up as your full self, and I’m here to support that.
I use a mix of approaches depending on what fits best for you, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Whether we’re tackling anxiety, working through trauma, or just trying to make sense of life’s ups and downs, I’ll meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you.
Outside of sessions, I’m all about cozy vibes and creative outlets. I love crocheting, painting, and getting lost in comfy video games. I’m also a big fan of reading—anything from deep, reflective books to fun, lighthearted stories—and I find gardening super grounding. These hobbies help me stay balanced and remind me of the importance of self-care, which I bring into my work with clients.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your own strength and wisdom. Life can be tough, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you, celebrate your wins, and sit with you through the hard stuff. Let’s figure it out together.
