Grace Orozco (she/her)

Hello! My name is Grace, and I was born and raised here in Arizona. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. I chose this work because I’ve seen how powerful therapy, support, and genuine connection can be in helping people move through challenges, transitions, and healing. I truly believe in the resilience we all carry. Sometimes we just need a safe space and a supportive guide to help us reconnect with it.

My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from different interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Parts-Based self-awareness tools, and I focus on creating a space where you feel understood, accepted, and genuinely supported. I work with adults, teens, and children facing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, stress, trauma, and life changes. My approach is rooted in empathy and active listening, and I aim to meet each person exactly where they are.

Aside from private practice, I have experience working for a nonprofit behavioral health organization supporting youth and their families through case management, group work, and developmental programs. Those experiences strengthened my belief that every person has an inner capacity to grow, heal, and adapt even when life feels overwhelming.

I am dedicated to supporting my clients as they navigate their path toward healing and self-discovery, and I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on a meaningful and empowering journey.
